This view shows only your own work orders that landed in a callback chain for the selected week. "Caused a callback" means a later visit was attributed to this work order. Classifications are reviewed by your supervisors; if something looks off, talk to your manager.

FCR% = of all work orders closed that week (excluding Delivery and Shipment), the share that did not cause a CCS=Yes follow-up within 60 days. A repeat judged CCS=No (customer fault or unrelated) still counts as First Call Resolved. Only weeks whose 60-day repeat window has fully closed appear here, so these numbers are final and will not change.
